To disable the messsage, go to /etc/postfix/main.cf and change from:
inet_protocols = all
to:
inet_protocols = ipv4

/usr/libexec/webmin/changepass.pl /etc/webmin root NEWPASSWORD
For Debian/Ubuntu
/usr/share/webmin/changepass.pl /etc/webmin root NEWPASSWORD
