If you are using NAT make sure DNS have destination IP address
-A PREROUTING -d 192,168.4.111/32 -i enp0s31f6 -p tcp -m tcp --dport 25 -j DNAT --to-destination 192.168.1.111:25

I had this problem, I didn’t specify ‘-d ‘.
And I spent days trying to find the problem in the Mydestination parameter of Postfix or DNS.
